We have one Customer and Administrative Support Representative position available. We are a very successful company that has been in business since 2008! 

 

Our company provides "year round" dog waste cleanup to approximately 1000 customers on a weekly basis and services an additional 8000 customers on an as needed basis. 

 

Qualified candidates must be comfortable working in an office environment that is part of a residential home located in Eagle River and enjoys having an office dog around. If you're not comfortable with an office dog snuggling up under your work chair than this won't be the job for you.

 

The selected candidate will be working directly with the owner of the company, two other office team members and communicating with field team members. Tasks delegated will be customer and staff related. However, much of this position is customer centered. Experience with customer service is important. Must have a personality that can multi-task, stay focused, work with very little supervision and feel comfortable selling our services to our customers.  Must be very comfortable using a computer in a business environment using applications such as MS Office and QuickBooks. 

 

Candidate must also possess attributes and characteristics that are ethical, reliable, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, demonstrate the strength of judgment to recognize when to escalate issues, questions, and problems to more senior management, and have a strong work ethic while being willing and able to be a collaborative team member.

 

Please note that we do not have a high turn over in our office and are seeking someone that is looking for long term employment (i.e. 2+ years). Hours for this position are as follows:

 

  • Summer and Winter: 9:AM to 4:PM, Monday - Thursday.

  • Spring Hours (April/May): 8:AM to 6:PM, Monday - Friday.

 

Our ideal candidate:

  • Is seeking a permanent long term position.

  • Is a dog lover! (We have office dogs that help with the phones! :-)

  • Minimum of 2 years office and customer service experience.

  • Has the ability to multitask handling incoming phone calls and assigned tasks. This position has regular interruptions so the ability to multitask is critically important.

  • Is comfortable working with internal and external customers.

  • Feels comfortable learning suggestive selling techniques to new potential customers.

  • Has a friendly personality.

  • Enjoys working in a environment that has no smokers.

  • Believes that the customer comes first.

  • Is well spoken.

  • Has good work ethics (i.e. comes to work on time, doesn't call in sick over the sniffles, etc)

  • Can operate a computer with Microsoft Word and QuickBooks. 

  • Has graduated from High School. 

  • Ability to word process 30 WPM (Minimum)

  • Ability to read and understand English.

  • Ability to spell accurately with good grammar.

  • Ability to provide courteous, helpful service to callers.

  • Ability to exercise initiative and work under very little supervision.

  • Stand, sit, stoop, walk, and climb stairs.

  • Can you lift/carry 30 lbs without struggling? (i.e. A box of copy paper)

  • Lift or move 30 lbs.

  • Is comfortable working in an office environment that is part of a residential home located in Eagle River.
